BlockLauncher Pro is a custom Minecraft Pocket Edition launcher that wraps around Minecraft PE and allows loading of patches, texture packs, and server IP addresses.
Just choose Options on the main screen and select mods. It's that simple!
This program loads libminecraftpe.so from the currently installed copy of Minecraft PE, so it should be compatiable with the mod clogging features of PocketTool and QuickPatch.
Jelly Bean users: Currently, this app can not load original textures from Minecraft copies installed by Google Play on Android 4.1 and higher.
